Judge Excoriates McHenry County Special Prosecutor Thomas McQueen in Not Guilty Decision on Contempt of Court

Judge Joseph McGraw excoriated McHenry County Special Prosecutor Thomas McQueen in an eight-page decision finding him not guilty of indirect contempt of court.

In addition the Judge commented extemporaneously.  I have notes, but want to get the decision posted so a presentation of them will have to wait.

In a stunning statement specifically to McHenry County State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi and his Administrative Assistant Joyce Synek, plus more generally to investigators Ron Salgado and Mike McCleary, Judge McGraw offered what seemed to me to be an apology for a criminal justice system that ran amuck on its front end.

McGraw did dismiss both cases brought by McQueen and Special Prosecutor Henry Tonigan, on the grounds that insufficient evidence had been presented.

  1. This is an invitation for the Illinois ARDC to disbar McQueen.

I eagerly await the ARDC complaint and investigation.

  2. As a resident of McHenry County and a citizen of the United States, I believe this was another embarrassing defeat for Mr. Corruption himself, Louis Bianchi.

This is only one of many future embarrassments, Louis, you will soon become accustomed to being a loser.

Your next big embarrassment will be on March 18 when Undersheriff Andrew Zinke beats your puppet to death and destroys any hope you will have to take control of this county.

I know you are looking for me, Chuck Mudd told me, don’t look too far. I am right here, a resident of McHenry County and a citizen of the United States.

  3. “FUKOKU” you complete nut head.

Saying you are a Citizen of the United States is like claiming you are a relative of John Kennedy.

    “NOT”

Just remember the participants and those individuals convicted from the days of Greylord thought that they would never be caught.

It was their arrogance and self righteous attitudes that finally did them in..

Go back to the nut house Kim and go take your meds, before there is another knife incident from you.

Better yet, go help Andy dig that “Big Fat” hole he has dug for himself.

Still waiting for your infamous book “Political Campaigning for Dummies” though, it will probably never be finished as you and Andy Zinke will continue to add more and more chapters.

  4. @anotherwatcher:

The investigation will begin as soon as someone files a complaint with the ARDC.

There is no restriction on standing to make the complaint (you could do it on Lou’s behalf).

Google “Illinois ARDC” and follow instructions on their website if you’re interested.

  5. Duncan, after all these months after all the names that you have called me, you finally insulted me by linking me to the Kennedy family.

I could return fire and engage you in name calling, but it’s just not worth it because in 67 days from now I will be the one laughing when Undersheriff Andrew Zinke defeats Louis Bianchi’s puppet.

Come to think of it, it will be sooner than that when Undersheriff Andrew Zinke chooses to debate that uneducated lazy puppet.

I hope you and all your misfit friends will be there when Undersheriff Andrew Zinke decides to debate Bill Who under his terms to watch the beginning of Louis Bianchi’s downfall.

I know I will be there.

  6. Notwithstanding the ultimate ruling, this opinion will have lasting implications for the special prosecution team.

It will in essence haunt them.

Unfortunately, there is no “winner” in this case, excepting the further vindication of Mr. Bianchi, Mr. Salgado, and Mrs. Synek.

Lou, Ron and Joyce finally have a ruling that demonstrates they were not only “not guilty” but they were innocent victims of an unjust process that threatened thier liberty.

The injustice of this wrongful prosecution is but one example of how failing to follow the oath of office leads to tyranny.

FUKOKU (a coward who hides behind his fake name taken form Japenese history) is so wrong to use this injustice to promote the finger flapping fool Andy Zinkie.

    Bill Prim is nobody’s puppet.

In fact, he is an honorable man who deserves the support of the people of McHenry County.

When the coward,FUKOKU, contends that Mr. Prim is a puppet of Mr. Bianchi, his contention is as baseless as the prosecution of those innocent people mentioned in the reported opinion.

Its time for the people of this county to realize what is actually going on in our own government and regain our liberty interest vested in the old regime.

Here, the court pointed out that the prosecution of Mr. Bianchi, Mr. Salgado, and Mrs. Synek was done with non-existent evidence.

Thank God Mr. Bianchi, Mr. Salgado, and Mrs. Synek had the good fortune that a judge from a seperate county ascribed to his own oath.

Judge Joseph McGraw’s decision here shows he is certianly entitled to be called “Your Honor”.

  7. Judge McGraw basically apologized to Mr. Bianchi on behalf of the few honorable people left in the legal justice system.

Judge McGraw knows beyond a “reasonable doubt” that this entire prosecution was a political witch hunt.

He couldn’t come up with a guilty verdict for McQueen because he didn’t have PROOF that McQueen WILLFULLY wanted to injure Mr. Bianchi.

Though the evidence suggests McQueen participated in a witch hunt, the proof that he WILLFULLY intended on illegally using the process to damage Bianchi was not strong enough to meet “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

So, a “witch hunt” we have established.

    This fact is now undeniable.

The next rational question is: WHO were the “hunters”? Certainly, Mr. McQueen was not the only one involved.

Might I suggest the obvious: Sheriff Nygren, others in the MCSO, Judge Graham, and Gene Lowery.

These idiot thugs are responsible for the sham prosecution.

McQueen was their court jester. It would be easy to prove with email correspondence with Mr. McQueen during the investigation.

Will the press do their homework in finding out who the real bad guys are?

Don’t hold your breath; the press enjoyed this painful tragedy that played out at the expense of others.

  8. Skeptic, you are spot on.

    Those ARE the bad guys.

Though the press doesn’t have to do their homework, “Skeptic”.

They already know who the “bad guys” are – the Press were the recipients of communication from them throughout the entire process.

Even Grand Jury Testimony was communicated to the press.

    The Press were willing players.

This was a media witch hunt every bit as much as it was a court witch hunt.

  9. Mark, Robert, and Skeptic, THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMENTS, still more work to do to clean up McHenry County.

Skeptic you have some of the names involved, LET THE HUNTING BEGIN.

I hope and pray that these individuals will start to see the Justice System hold them accountable.

  10. “Fukoku” You are a “TREASONER”

You are no United States Citizen, in any true sense of the definition.

    Definition:

    1. Treason , sedition mean disloyalty or treachery to one’s country or its government. Treason is any attempt to overthrow the government or impair the well-being of a state to which one owes allegiance; the crime of giving aid or comfort to the enemies of one’s government.
