On January 3rd, Winnebago County Chief Judge Joseph McGraw delivered his opinion in the indirect contempt of court prosecution of Thomas McQueen by Terry Ekl.

Judge McGraw found McHenry County Special Prosecutor Thomas McQueen not guilty in his criminal prosecution of McHenry County Lou Bianchi and a number of his employees.
