Wheeler Kicks-off Campaign for McHenry County Board
McHenry, IL – New Republican McHenry County Board Candidate Chuck Wheeler kicks off a campaign seeking a seat on the McHenry County Board in District 4. Wheeler unveiled a facebook campaign website (WheelerforMcHenryCounty.com) and has a campaign fundraiser scheduled for February 25th at Buddy’z Pizzeria & Pub.

“Property Taxes are too high in McHenry County! I am committed to working toward seeking means to lower them. With my experience in local government and fresh perspective, I want to work with everyone to combine resources, eliminate duplication and frivolous spending.”
Chuck Wheeler continues, “As a private citizen of the village of Glendale Heights years ago I saw duplicate wasteful government spending.
‘I worked with various government officials and saved the tax-payers thousands of dollars on their property taxes.”
Wheeler served eight years as a village trustee of Glendale Heights.
Chuck Wheeler faces an uncontested primary with incumbent John Hammerand and no Democratic candidates have filed for the November 4th, 2014 General Election.
Wheeler has headed The Health Insurance Mart Agency Inc., for the past 7 years in Lakemoor and lives with his wife Susan in the city of McHenry.
He is also a member of the McHenry County Chamber of Commerce.
