Dillard Tracy Receive Pro-Life Endorsements Illinois Citizens for Life & Illinois Federation for Right to Life announce their support
LOMBARD, IL –The Dillard Tracy campaign announced two pro-life organization endorsements today. The Illinois Citizens for Life PAC and the Illinois Federation for Right to Life PAC are backing the candidacies of State Senator Kirk Dillard for Governor and State Representative Jil Tracy for Lt. Governor.

“Kirk Dillard has demonstrated that he fully understands the foundational nature of the right to life. We believe that as Governor he will continue to work to protect innocent life in Illinois as well as the disabled and those at risk at the end of life,” said the Illinois Federation for Right to Life PAC.
Both organizations see that it is critical to throw their support behind the Dillard-Tracy team in an effort to prevent pro-choice candidate Bruce Rauner from advancing beyond the primary.
Bruce Rauner “has weak positions on the Life issues and the fact that his family’s monies have yearly gone to pro-abortion organizations show that he will not be any better than Pat Quinn.” said Ralph Rivera, Illinois Citizens for Life PAC chairman.
At the 2013-2014 Illinois Conservative Summit, Kirk Dillard was unanimously voted the preferred candidate for Governor over Bruce Rauner, Bill Brady, and Dan Rutherford by this gathering of 32 pro-family and pro-life leaders.
These endorsements come on the heels of two major endorsements from the Illinois Education Association and the Daily Herald.
The Dillard Tracy team had previously announced the endorsements of former Illinois Governors Jim Thompson and Jim Edgar. Senator Dillard served as Chief of Staff to Governor Edgar and as Legislative Director for Governor Thompson.
Dillard also has the backing of the teachers union.
ONE BIG REASON NOT TO VOTE FOR HIM.
I know Iwon’t and will try to convince anyone I can not to vote for him.
How does one reconcile this post with the following fact:

Regarding the ancient VoteSmart.org link showing Kirk Dillard with a “100% Planned Parenthood Approval Rating,” in that year Planned Parenthood rated legislators on only one (1) bill, and that bill involved contraception.
Evidently Kirk Dillard voted for that bill and this is what earned him that rating – which, by the way, even stunned the Planned Parenthood folks when they were called for a comment.
Should we congratulate Bruce Rauner’s opposition research team for the hard-hitting, in-depth work?
Is it no wonder Illinois is in such dire straits?
Kirk Dillard is endorsed by leading pro-life groups when the man has been stated as having “exceptions” of rape and incest for prenatal child-killing and this is stated in the voters guide of IL Citizens for Life!
Having rape and incest exceptions is not pro-life.
It reveals a man who really isn’t aware of the humanity of the preborn baby or the injustice of taking the innocent child’s life for the sin of the father.
He won’t have my vote.
