With candidates with enough money, the last one will be positive, too.

Depending on how good a candidate thinks his or her campaign is going and how much money is available, there may be negative ones in between.

Breaking the mold was District 1 newcomer David Stieper.

His went with a negative piece right out of the box.

Of course, you would have to be a close follower of the McHenry County Board to know that both his primary opponent, incumbent Robert Nowak and the fall Democratic Party opponent, incumbent Nick Chirikos.
