The results posted on the McHenry County Clerk’s web site do not say who people wrote in for Republican Precinct Committeeman, but, under the current laws, one must register in order to have the votes count.

You can see that 27 votes were cast for Committeeman. I’d be willing to bet that Skala got as least ten of them.
