McHenry County Sheriff’s candidate Bill Prim continued leading in his contest with Undersheriff Andy Zinke.

With only three precincts left to report, Prim leads by 399 votes.

This represents, however, only the votes cast in person.

There will be a time after all 212 precincts are reported before the early and absentee ballots will be included.

With this close a margin, obviously there could be enough change to put Zinke in the lead.
