The internet edition of the Chicago Tribune is running an article entitled,
Prim wins vote count for McHenry sheriff
Prim is described as “a longtime county resident but a relative outsider to the sheriff’s office and McHenry County politics.”
It points out that Sheriff Keith Nygren backed Andy Zinke, while State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi supported Prim.
McHenry County Clerk Kathie Schultz again stated that a recount would not change the results.
Also of interest, is that there is a photo of Prim smiling.

Though I am pleased the newspapers are finally coming to the conclusion that has only a single deductive rationale, be careful with any story written by Robert McCoppin.
He is NOT the sharpest tool in the newspaper shed.
Lets all move ahead with all the enthusiasm we have shown in the past months.
To all the citizens who are still undecided and to all the past
Zinke supporters we can unite together under One Banner and support Bill Prim as our new McHenry County Sheriff in November.
For the undecided… come and meet Bill Prim as the campaign continues and check out his Facebook Page and Web Site.
We are going to have a great summer during the campaign so come and join us….
From one supporter to another.can’t wait to meet cha .
