Saw the Northwest Herald last night at Outback Steakhouse and there was a letter praising Jack Franks and Lou Bianchi.

Pardon my suspicious nature, but I’m one who thinks most letters to the editor saying something favorable about Franks are stimulated by this office or campaign supporters.
Now that the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s candidate for Sheriff, Bill Prim, has defeated Franks’ supporter Sheriff Keith Nygren’s candidate, Andy Zinke, it seems likely that Franks is moving toward a perceived increase in power.
Suspicious indeed! Twilight zone suspicious!
So when you say that “…most letters to the editor saying something positive about Franks are generated by THIS (emphasis mine) office…”, do you mean that you write positive letters for Jack Franks, Cal?

Yup! I can just see Bianchi and Franks buddying up after Franks just voted YES on HB5569 to make “Provides that a mental health provider shall not refer a client or patient to any individual for the purpose of sexual orientation change efforts and that a mental health provider who is found to have referred a client or patient shall be subject to discipline.”
Reading this bill it was noticed that the bill would NOT increase any state spending based on the fiscal notes.
Franks who claims to have never voted for a tax increase but he has no problem voting YES for a bill which insinuates the State even further in the lives of the citizens and it sure would have cost the taxpayers money when the lawsuits started!!

Daddy Warbucks will have to finance his whole campaign for higher office ….. but which one??? Nobody likes the deceitful Franks ….
