Today is the day when community college representatives will gather in Springfield and lobby legislators for their wish list.
A lunch time rally is scheduled to support Governor Pat Quinn’s budget.
It, of course, will ask the General Assembly to amend the 67% post-November election income tax vote from almost four years ago so that it does not decrease.
Those lobbying are financed mainly by property tax dollars.
