When someone gets cancer and has insurance, one might think there won’t be financial problems.
However, there are expenses not covered by health insurance.
To help Huntley Police Sergeant LJ Marak’s family cope with the additional expenses, his friends and colleagues are holding a fundraiser at Woodstock’s Red Mill Tavern starting this Saturday afternoon at 3. There is a $10 cover charge and other opportunities to assist financially.

Hoping that many community groups, residents, businesses, etc. will come up to the Red Mill next weekend to support Huntley’s police department’s efforts to help defray Sgt. Marak’s increasing bills.
