It’s in the Crystal Lake Plaza next to the Irish Store and it’s big.
How big?
Big enough that pretty much every statewide candidate could have his own office. (I can also see State Rep. Barb Wheeler operating the south end of her campaign from here. Maybe David McSweeney will run the western part of his district operation from here, too.)

McHenry County Republican Chairman Sandra Salgado, Secretary Diane Evertsen and Treasurer Chuck Wheeler stand in front as the ribbon is cut.
There was an official ribbon cutting.
All countywide candidates made an appearance.

County Board candidates Joe Gottemoller and Chuck Wheeler bracket Dave Gerais, Bob and Anna May Miller.
There was lots of mingling.
As with most Grand Openings, there was a cake.

Stephan Schuch and his sister Karen Slavic provided entertainment. Slavic really belted out the Star Spangled Banner.
There was also entertainment.
Three people spoke.

Sandy Salgado revved up the troops with special emphasis on Bruce Rauner’s and Steve Reick’s campaigns.
First up was newly-elected Chairman Sandra Salgado.
McHenry County State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi was next.
Clean-up hitter was McHenry County Board Chairwoman Tina Hill.
Looks like a great place with great people.
People left with a good feeling about the future of the the Republican Party in this County. Upbeat and positive.
Finally a light at the end of the tunnel.
Out with the tired, old & in with the new & fresh!
Maybe this will be the start of following the GOP platform in Illinois.
Spectacular!
What is the monthly rent, and which “budget” handles it?
Looks like it was a good time.
Wish I could have gone.
Was at the NorWest meeting in Woodstock.
Time to come together and be stronger.
