Is that the infamous Lt. John Miller in shorts representing the Sheriffs department at the County fair booth.
Quite a uniform he gets to wear.
Another one of Andy’s buddies not held accountable. I bet a Sheriff Prim changes that
There will be no more posse.
It looks like some are wearing swat team uniforms which are fine but the long shorts look rather tacky especially if the officer is a Lieutenant.
Unless there is a mail delivery unit or bicycle unit in the Sheriff’s department.
They also could have taken off their sunglasses but I guess that is the new look.
Not sure if that will remain when Prim gets in?
Ok voter, so no sunglasses?
I’m sure several of these deputies patrol the grounds and have to go outside to do so.
Sun’s pretty bright—but you don’t like these officers wearing sunglasses?
BTW, I would guess, judging by the lack of a visible gun and duty belt (not to mention the lack of patches on their dark colored polos and the radio in the pocket-not very law enforcement practical…), that those two gentlemen on the right side of the picture in the cargo shorts–may be EMS or rescue personnel (or maybe members of the county gang enforcement unit–which are not county deputies but officers on-loan from other departments), but I’m guessing.
If that’s the case, Prim will have zero say in the glasses or the uniform.
I don’t see anything wrong with their uniforms.
