Not to mention Roe V Wade.
Same with gay marriage.
Courts all over the country are striking down DOMA type laws (federally and statewide) and even constitutional amendments that states have passed are being struck down.
I’m not so sure what Rauner thinks about abortion, but I do know on gay marriage he wants to leave it to the people, although he’s trying to not talk about social issues which will probably play well with independents.
Jobs, budget, education, and term limits are the things he is hammering.
Brady lost and he was seen as too socially conservative.
