I have mentioned before the bills from McHenry County Mental Health Board law firm Zukowski, Rodgers, Flood and McArdle give hints as to the most important subjects being discussed within the agency.
The August bill shows that control over the budget is top on the agenda.
The question is how much control the McHenry County Board has after it appoints the Board’s members.
