- 48 letters of appreciation from such individuals as former Secretary of Homeland Security and U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of Arizona Janet Napolitano and former U.S. Attorney, Northern District of Illinois Scott Lassar.
- A recipient of the Department of Justice’s Public Service Award.
To me, these awards speak volumes.
I personally know Bill to be an honorable man of integrity.
When I look for a candidate I trust and is truly willing to protect and serve McHenry County, I need look no further then Bill Prim.

Were the letters of appreciation from an unnamed former Secretary of Homeland Security (who?) and from U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of Arizona Janet Napolitano (before 1998) to Bill individually or part of a mass mailing?
If I had ever gotten a letter from Janet N., I don’t think I’d mention it.
What was it she said in 2013 about our southern border that infuriated Arizona residents and lawmen?

Have you listened to Harrison’s radio ad?
Again Harrison is not totally transparent or truthful.
Doesn’t he think it is important to tell the people the whole truth.
Harrison makes it sound like he retired from the Sheriff’s department yesterday.
He fails again to mention that it was 25 years ago.
Shows Harrison is not really transparent is he.
If Harrison does this now what will he do as the Sheriff.

Crystal Lake Resident Eric C. offers the following reasons for NOT voting for Bill Prim for Sheriff and endorses Jim Harrison for Sheriff.
The Chicago Tribune acknowledged the bare-knuckle brawling between State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi and Sheriff Keith Nygren that needs to come to an end, and that Mr. Harrison as Sheriff will focus solely on crime and responding to the citizens.
The Daily Herald acknowledged that Bill Prim allowed two people with criminal records to have key roles in his campaign.
Bill Prim’s close ties to the McHenry County state’s attorney will not end the years of needless political infighting.
Bill Prim refuses to debate Jim Harrison and not allowing the citizens to compare the candidates.
Bill Prim does not even have the education to qualify to become a Police Chief in this county, so how can he have the credentials to become Sheriff?
Vote for Jim Harrison for Sheriff that is the only responsible man for the job.

I did support Bill Prim during the primarily Duncan, until I did pull my head out of the sand and realized that Jim Harrison is the only responsible man for the job.
