Deciding How Senior Assistance Money is Divvied Up

Friday, November 14th starting at 8:30 AM in the McHenry County’s Administrative Building’s Conference Room, the Senior Services Grant Commission will interview prospective recipients of the money it distributes.

10:00 McHenry County Housing Authority – Senior Dental Program
10:12 Harvard Community Senior Center – Senior Center Project
10:24 Family Alliance, Inc. – Reach Recovery Program
10:36 Family Alliance, Inc. – Organizational Capacity Memory Care
10:48 Senior Service Associates – Senior Services & Resource Center
11:00 Senior Service Associates – Case Coordination Unit
11:12 Northern Illinois Food Bank – Senior Food Box Program
11:24 TLS Veterans – Senior Services Program

In addition to the annual levy of $1.725 million, there is an unexpended fund balance of $1,071,932. This amount is comprised of $688,685 in tax levy dollars not utilized in previous awards and $383,247 in accrued interest.
