Went to get a free Northwest Herald at Mr. A’s (corner of Dole Avenue and Route 14) and found two sections devoted to Grafton Township assessments.
These are the first assessments by new assessor Al Zielinski.
After today, people who want the publication will have to got the NWH office and pay $2.50.
The publication says there will be a positive multiplier of 1.011. That means the Assessor’s assessments were considered 1.1% too low by Supervisor of Assessments Robert Ross and will be adjusted slightly upward.
