Newly-elected McHenry County Sheriff Bill Prim was sworn in by Chief Judge Michael Sullivan this morning.

“All right. Terrific,” he said after the oath was administered.

Then he shook his son Hanks’ hand.

“Sorry to bring you all out for five minutes of excitement,” he began.

He noted that this was the culmination of twenty-six months of hard work by numerous volunteers.

“I am truly excited,” Prim continued.

With dozens of Sheriff Department employees sitting and standing in the courtroom, interspersed with many strong campaign supporters, he expressed his opinion of the staff:

“I know we have an outstanding group of officers.”

After specifically thanking McHenry County State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi, Prim said, “See you in the training room.”

So many, had suffered because the impact corruption has had on their lives.

Instead of, allowing the damaging and hurfult effects of corruption to determine decisions, so many rose above their adversities and fought for what belongs to all of us; a government where we all have the right to “Life Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”

Cisner and Popo still have Andy’s and Keith’s “remnant” on their hands and face from their time spent under the desk.

Be careful of those perjurious few.

  7. Pagan has a good, powerful police mustache.

    That’s a good thing.
