That was the first of three stops for Chief Judge Michael Sullivan. Miller appointed Cindy Kozlowski as Chief Deputy Treasurer. Miller provide this information about her replacement:

Kozlowski moved to McHenry County in 1992 with her husband and two sons. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Accounting in 1998 and received her CPA in August of 2000. Cindy began working in the McHenry County Treasurer’s Office as an Accountant in 1998 and her work included reconciling and reporting cash balances, balancing real estate tax collections to cash, processing distributions to the taxing districts; assisting taxpayers and taxing districts with questions; and preparing schedules and reports of treasury cash activity for annual audits. In 2007 Cindy was promoted to Financial Analyst in the McHenry County Administration Office. As Financial Analyst, Cindy has assisted with the County Budget, processed the County’s Payroll, performed revenue and expenditure analysis and provided financial reporting to management. Cindy is excited to move up to the Chief Deputy Treasurer position and looks forward to working with Glenda and her staff once again.
