Cary’s Demetri Tsilimigras family celebrated the first anniversary of their baby son Pano’s heart transplant with an ad in the Northwest Herald last Sunday.

Many prayers of intercession preceded the heart transplant.

Prayers of thanks followed it.

Demetri Tsilimigras is the Republican Party Chairman of Algonquin Township.
