MCC Slate Looks Headed for Victory

It’s almost 9:30 on election night and only one precinct’s results have been reported.

Unlike in past year’s, however, newly-elected McHenry County Clerk has found a way to post the results of early voting.

From looking at the results, one seems to be able to see how many races will turn out.

Fragmentary results for the McHenry County College Board are probably predictive of the final results.

For McHenry County College, it appears that elected and appointed (respectively) incumbents

  • Ron Parrish
  • Mike Smith

will beat former Board member Scott Summers and Jeffrey Hill.

In addition, newcomer

  • Karen Tirio

is well ahead of Matt Hardt.

    How many days after election day can mail-in ballots keep trickling in?
