For the second year, the Crystal Lake Library is handing out yard signs to patrons.
This “Proud Union Home” is next to Crystal Lake Central High School.
And, that the Library was winning.
The Library wins this year, too.
The only competitor seems to be the “Proud Union” members.
How much did the Library pay to create that pathetic logo …. and run the new campaign?
