McHenry County Board member Mike Skala is the only local politician to maintain a campaign fund.

His fund had no activity during the first three months of 2015.

It had $3,526.18 to start with and ended up with the same amount.

Looking at the report filed for the second quarter of the year finds the total $300 lower.

That was because of “Civil penalties Committe to Elect Michael Skala.”
