Dan Regna
Moving into Woodstock, there are ten campaign funds.
Dan Regna, who ran against McHenry County State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi in the Republican Primary Election of 2008 has one.
He reports $83.20 as an end of March balance.
The probably reason for keeping the fund alive is $61.840 in outstanding loans:
- $40,000 to Woodford Development of Woodstock
- $21,840 to Regna himself
The committee was dormant during the second quarter of the year, too.
Does that mean he spent $21,000 of his own money without any hope whatsoever of winning?
After all he was supported by the unions!!!
Maybe he thought that’s all you had to do is run with local 150 in your pocket.
Maybe he’s hopeful local 150 will make another donation!
