Rauner Orders Flags at Half Staff to Honor Police Lt. Charles Gliniewicz

U.S. and Illinois Flags will be lowered to half-staff for Fox Lake Police Lieutenant, Charles J. Gliniewicz

Honoring Illinois’ Fallen: United States and Illinois flags at half-staff from Sunrise, Saturday, September 5, 2015 until Sunset, Monday, September 7, 2015.

Flags will be flown at half mast in memory of Fox Lake Police Lt. Charles Gliniewicz this weekend.

The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from Governor Rauner’s Office that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor and remembrance of:

Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz
Fox Lake Police Department

Please lower the United States flags and the State flags at all buildings occupied by your agency’s personnel from Sunrise, Saturday, September 5, 2015 until Sunset, Monday, September 7, 2015.
