SEPTEMBER 30, 2015:  The Randall Road design team has completed its initial coordination with the environmental resource agencies such as the

• Illinois Department of Natural Resources
• Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
• United States Army Corps of Engineers

to determine how these agencies will be involved in processing the required permits for the Randall Road project.  Both field work and office work will be ongoing the rest of the year to complete permit submittals to these agencies.
