If you have not looked at the power points that the McHenry High School Board presented to citizens on Monday night, you might want to. They can be found here.
There is another school board – teacher union negotiation session scheduled for tonight Thursday October 8, 2015 at 7:30PM at the school district administration building at 4716 W Crystal Lake Road, McHenry.
All homecoming football games this Friday and Saturday have been forfeited and Saturday’s homecoming dance postponed.
The tally to date is 32 cancelled or forfeited athletic events and 28 rescheduled or postponed athletic events in McHenry High School District 156 due to the teachers deciding to strike.
Teachers get the choice to strike or not but parents do not receive school choice on what school their kids may attend.
Monopoly school district boundaries dictate which school district receives parent taxpayer property tax dollars and which school their child attends.
First, the teacher’s unions hold the taxpayers children as hostages.
And then, to add insult to injury, the school board members backstab
the taxpayers by giving the teachers a VERY GENEROUS raise … and now this.
Where are Dist 4 County Board members?
Why are they silent on this strike?
Here is where our money is and republicans and democrats should be investigating this and we would have enough for schools, roads, etc;

This is no longer a free society we are all held hostage by the Mafia of organized crime..the teachers unions..
and they are brain washing children into standing up and sobbing about their teachers not making a million dollars a year for the few hours a week that any teaching is being done..if any..
We need conservatives stepping forward and running for school boards..now..
