When knocking on doors and finding no one home from 1966 on, I would jot, “Sorry I missed you. Cal,” on my literature.
Now, Paul Serwatka, one of four running for the State Rep. seat of retiring Mike Tryon, has printed a message on a Post-It Note.
You can see it below:
If it were mine, I would have signed, rather than had my name printed.
That IS script, Cal. You mean physically instead of the font that was printed?
Mine were handwritten.
Chivalry is dead.
Serwatka has been an absolute godsend to the village of Lakewood.
The residents love him.
Not a doubt in our minds he’s the guy we need representing us in Springfield.
Drinking the whine eating the cheese, he gets around.
He may have been tag teaming with Jack last night.
Go Paul! A real tax fighter for Illinois!
I know Paul and I don’t EVER think you’d find him and Jack in the same room at the same time, much less ‘tag teaming’.
You can’t even sign your name?
Seriously- why leave a note.
For all you know it wasn’t even him leaving the cards.
Steve, sorry but by accident possibly they were both in the same room last night.
While I make fun of that fact, it was really no big thing.
The odd part was Jack trying to play both sides of the isle again, elections aren’t that far away.
Cal wasn’t drinking the wine of eating the cheese either.
He must be hurting over the slap on the hinder about his CL/LW Twh thingy. LOL
15 yard penalty against the Nob for excessive sarcastic pilling on. LOL
