Serwatka Snags $10,000 — 5 Comments

  1. No one is more deserving of that kind of support than Serwatka. He is a true statesman through and through.

He has been fighting for taxpayers.

    Fighting for honest government.

He represents the people, not special interests and he isn’t afraid to take a stand and fight when others won’t.

Just like his slogan says he is Un-bought, Un-bossed and Un-bullied.

We would benefit greatly having him represent us in Springfield

  2. I thought this was the guy that was going to go COMPLETELY on his own.

Did not want to owe anyone.

  3. Contributions from those who value honest government and taxpayer advocacy – are not at all the same as Special Interest money that comes with expectations and strings attached.

Do you see any of the other candidates with that kind of skin in the game?

In fact, Schofield, the Springfield insider, hasn’t put in a red cent of her own funds…

She is depending ENTIRELY on the insiders and special interests to get her elected.

And it’s quite ironic how after Serwatka pledged to waive the state pension and benefits, the other two candidates, later decided to follow suit and waive also… but, not Mrs. Schofield!

She wants her campaign funded by special interests and her retirement funded by taxpayers!

Just like all the hundreds of millions of dollars of grant money she likes to give to those special interest projects over the years.

  4. I don’t know Paul personally, but I do know several Lakewood residents who have nothing but positive things to say.

They are very grateful for his role on their village board.

  5. The way I see it:

Schofield is the candidate supported by the OLD guard Republicans who in collusion with the Democrats have bankrupted our state (this group includes people like Tryon and Gottemoller).

Wilbrandt is the candidate supported by Lou Bianchi and some of the Republicans who replaced the prior management of the McHenry County GOP.

Skillicorn is the candidate supported by some Republicans outside of McHenry County who believe he would be useful to them personally if elected.

Serwatka is the candidate who is relatively new to the political scene.

To win an election as a write-in candidate and defeat all the other ‘official’ candidates speaks volumes.

Now, watch for the commencement of ‘dirty’ politics to attempt to thwart the election of Serwatka.

It comes down to, do you want more of what this state has endured in the past or do you want a voice of ‘We the People’ in Springfield?
