  1. One ounce is 28 grams.

It’s legal for an adult 21 & over to possess one ounce of marijuana in Colorado.

Possessing 2 ounces in Colorado will get you a $100 fine.

In Cook County they put very few if anyone in jail for possessing 2 ounces of marijuana, unless they want to squeeze information out of the suspect for another purpose.

  2. That would be the colossal Cook County jail.

Some municipalities might handle it differently.

  3. It’s all about getting that sweet police asset forfeiture.

Gotta pay for those tanks somehow.

  4. What a waste of time and money.

The state legislature is legalizing Marijuana AS the local police are harassing tax paying businesses for selling it.

  5. No one knows what really happened!

    Remember innocent until proven guilty.

Who ever reports this stuff always needs to put a spin on things to make it more interesting, otherwise no one would be talking about the piece they wrote. These hillbilly cops need to find real criminals-and not have to look for someone to set up!
