$605,000 in Play in Duffy Replacement Primary

While the four candidates for State Representative in Mike Tryon’s district have almost a half a million showing (with undoubtedly more to come from Dan Proft’s Liberty Principles PAC), the State Senate district next door has over $600,000 in play.

MoneybagsThe three candidates,

  • Dan McConchi
  • Martin McLaughlin
  • Casey Urlacher

would have to be spending a million to be in as intense a race.

That’s because a State Senate district is twice as large as a State Rep. district.

Here are the details from Altertrack:

Aldertrack has added up the resources showing so far in the 26th State Senate district.

  1. Fighting, I believe you’re on the wrong side of that one…

  2. Many supporting him have proven to have ulterior motives.

    This will come out later.

But, judging by the company he keeps…

  3. McConchie will be there for the people that are paying him.

Good luck to the rest of us.

  4. McConchie until recently described himself on his LinkedIn as a lobbyist and fundraiser.

It is not like proft and Walsh vetted the candidates prior to proft throwing more than $100,000 at McConchie.

Proft and Walsh endorsements having nothing to do with getting the best candidate elected rather it is about getting their candidate elected.

Do your own homework and objective analysis and ask, why is proft who does not even live in 26th district humping so hard for a Springfield insider to win this seat.

Then google proft and you might find your answer.
