  1. Tribune I considered you non biased.

Why aren’t you reporting that there was a judicial complaint filed against Cowlin

why are you not reporting that Cowlin had not been putting on the court record that members of his campaign were appearing before him in court.

Why are you not reporting that Cowlin in his mailer didn’t disclosing who was paying for the flier.

How knowledgable about the law is he when he does not know the law.

What makes Cowlin qualified over his opponent.

I have asked the questioned and never receive a response.

How many jury trials has Cowlin done when he was practicing law.

Who cares what he has seen while on the bench.

No one knows how to be a judge before they become a judge. T

he only answer is that he had no real courtroom experience before he was appointed judge.

If his qualifications are that his grandpa and dad were judges that is ridiculous.

There is no genetic gene that makes you a judge.

Report the full facts if you are going to endorse someone.

This election is important because the people have the rare opportunity to choose their judge not the judges or attorneys that are appearing before him.

    The public is not stupid.

The only real candidate is Demetri Tsilimigras for judge.

He is experience in the courtroom and is ethical.

  2. Well said, Erika.

Ethical is an important word in all elected positions.

The other glaring error in the endorsements was county board chairman.

Michael Walkup is the much superior candidate with the interests of McHenry county uppermost in his mind.

Gottemoller, even though the ethics committee did not have a rule to cover it, should have had a violation found against him for not citing his income from Grafton and Coral township governments by recusing himself from the consolidation vote.

He and Anna Miller ($90,999 from Algonquin township) should have both been cited.

This won’t happen in the future as the ethics committee will see this glaring oversight is corrected.

Vote for MICHAEL WALKUP for transparent government where your voice will be heard.

He DOES have a love of McHenry County in his genes!
