A post card arrived this week outlining the endorsements of the Right to Life McHenry County Pro-Life Victory Committee.
On the front is a photo of a baby, along with “2016 Pro-Life Voter Guide.”
The address side suggests bringing “this guide into the voting booth.”
“Nothing is more important THAN LIFE!” is written at the bottom of the back side, which contains the endorsements.
The endorsements of the Right to Life McHenry County Pro-Life Victory Committee are on the back of the post card.
Are all these people anti war also? do they want to pay more taxes to give a good life to all born even if they are not white? Do they care about the Iraqi babies that were killed?
Once again, Karma, your post is simplistic, incoherent and, this time, appears extraordinarily racist. Pro Life can be anti war, yes. Particular to the Middle East there is a genocide happening so Pro Life means saving those lives, sometimes through killing. To make this argument personal for you please imagine your home has been broken into by people in masks who want to kill your whole family for no better reason than your religious affiliation. As your neighbors rush over with their guns to save your lives would you yell for them to stop trying to save you because you’re concerned about them killing the masked murderers in your home? Tough call but there are those who would say your right to live and believe as you wish trumps their desire to murder your family for their beliefs. I’m not sure how your belief white babies are preferable to babies of other races entered your arguments here but ignoring this the foundation of your statement seems to be government adopts babies. You’re just so wrong on both counts it sickens me. People adopt babies. Real live loving beautiful people who pray every day for the opportunity to love and raise a child. The child’s parentage never enters their prayers. Your racist assumption is horrible. Pro Life loves all people. All people. The final insult is your sick statement our government, military and citizenry who have given endless treasure, blood and national will to create a safe inclusive secular nation for all Iraqis to live free from the threat of death on a daily basis somehow demonstrates anti Iraqi baby policy. Seriously Karma! We are all paying higher taxes as it is because of people having babies to live off the system. The more kids you have the more money you get from the government! Liberals use this stupid argument all the time! Liberals use it as a way to keep population under control and if you get a abortion it is a tax break to the system! Stupid argument! When to you consider a baby a baby? Only when it is born? Doctors performing abortions on babies when they are born and can breathe on there own is a tragedy! Late term abortions are a tragedy! While I understand this is a very important issue for some, I personally do not feel it is an indicator of good governance at the County- I get asking this to my state and Federal representatives- but until you are in those races.
I want to know how you plan to manage this county.
And unless you have asked their opinion on Capital punishment- (which they likewise can’t impact at the county level) you can not confidently say they are committed to the sanctity of life.
You can be A Democrat and be pro -life- Patrick Ouimet was.
And you can be Republican and pro- choice- which isn’t pro abortion- it is pro choice, meaning they don’t believe it is something the government should be involved in..
