Don’t know what number this mailing from McHenry County Judge candidate Demetri Tsilimigras is, but, since it arrived on Friday, I’m guessing it is the last one.
This post card differs from previous ones in that it mentions his opponent’s name–James Cowlin.
It also points out perceived shortcomings of the appointed Judge.
The address side of the mailing has endorsements from McHenry County State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi and snippets describing him from two editorials.
The back of the piece points out shortcomings of James Cowlin’s background. They include his being appointed, rather than elected, his lack of experience in felony jury trials, his divorce and real estate specializations as an attorney before appointment, his lack of experience in four specialty courts set up within about the last four years, and limited jury trial experience.

Time to throw away the Cowlin Throne!
Cowlin was a stooge for the Local George Ryan Culture of Corruption.
That is how you get appointed Judge.
I cast my vote today: Cruz, Marter, Reick, Demetri (won’t even attempt the last name), Kenneally, Tirio, Snarski,
(The rest were the lesser of two evils votes)
