County Board Looks at $25 Million in Capital Projects — 3 Comments

  1. Now.

Lets see how this works… there were candidates hyping their personal achievement of having reduced the County Board’s budget $23 million… and “created” all those jobs as well.

What they did not bother to tell you was that to reach the $23 million in budget cuts… they played a little thing call the “shell-game.”

In other words, capital projects were slipped out of the equation so they could match the rhetoric.

Most elected officials still do not get it!

The ONLY way to reduce anything government does is to clean house.

Shed the burden of all the programs/services they were never intended to do.

Several of these projects should have been done years ago.

Rather than bonding for cash (borrowing money) to pay for those projects… cut services to match the cost of the projects!

Your public elected many of you believing you are fiscally responsible.

    Prove them right!
