The McHenry County Board’s Human Resources Committee will meet Thursday, April 21, 2016, at 8:15 AM, but there is nothing on the very sparse agenda concerning ending Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund pensions for County Board members.
Committee members will discuss a “Proclamation Acknowledging May 1-7, 2016 as Public Service Recognition Week and Honoring our Public Servants and Connecting Citizens With Their Government,” a staff appreciation party and health insurance.
John Jung of Bull Valley is Chairman of the committee.
AND what will that meeting cost the taxpayers?
Are parties like this banned under McSweeney’s bill: HB4379?
Each member of the committee gets a per diem for their attendance to do absolutely nothing of consequence.
Cal, it is your blog and you may post whatever you want but why did you not mention the discussion of employee contracts plus continued discussion of health insurance?
