Join Voters In Action as we welcome Jim Tobin ofTaxpayers United of America to the Woodstock Public Library for his presentation “Home Rule is Home Ruin”. Mr Tobin will talk about Home Rule and what it means to taxpayers in the area. As you may be aware, Woodstock has requested a special census in the hope that our transition to Home Rule can be expedited. This presentation will educate attendees regarding the implications of home rule.
