The Water Resource Specialist position has a projected tax impact of $74,273.36.
The Community Development Specialist position has a projected tax impact of $23,506.45 which will be covered by a federal grant of $38,000.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out with Carolyn Schofield (D2) and Sue Draffkorn (D4) not returning to the board and with Mike Walkup (D3), Mike Skala (D5), and Mary McCann (D6) up for re-election in the fall. Not up for re-election are Andrew Gasser (D1) and Larry Smith (D6).
This will pass 6-1 with only gas bag gasser voting against this.
