Jack Franks Still Running for State Rep. – Part 13

Jack Franks big poll had a question about cronyism in it.

What he doesn’t want people to know is the patronage he requested after Rod Blagojevich took office.

Take a look at the names in the correspondence below:

Franks Partonage Req Memo 2-27-03Franks’ wife Debby is right on top.

The Herbert H. Franks is his father.

Is David B. Franks a brother?

John Bartman served as Chairman of the McHenry County Democratic Party.

I’m sure some research will yield connections of others on the list.

In any event, one can see how Jack Franks wanted to exert his influence in Springfield.

One can only speculate what appointments he would make if elected McHenry County Board Chairman.

Of course, Franks has not yet asked that his name be taken off the fall ballot for State Representative.

He is now in his 9th term, having promised in 1998 to only serve three.

When Jack Franks was slated by the local Democratic Party for McHenry County Board Chairman on Sunday, May 15th, Pete Gonigam reported,

“Franks qualified that saying he’d give up the Rep. race if the Committee can pick another candidate who’s both ‘electable’ and holds a political outlook consistent with his own.”

  8. Cal states…”He is now in his 9th term, having promised in 1998 to only serve three.”…

This alone tells me he is a proven liar.

    Read the book

“How Do You Kill 11 Million People”

by Andy Andrews. (a twenty-one minute read)

Then think really hard on that answer before you ever support another liar.

  9. @ Mark- you want to do that on the other side?

How about you start with Sandra Salgado?

Van Weedelden had the job before the memo- Bartman wasn’t hired until 2 years after the memo., same with Clow- you can’t tie this memo to any action.

Cal are you going to say you didn’t make the same type of requests???
