Jack Franks reprints an article from the Northwest Herald on the back of his first piece.
Using the same literature from a copy machine, a teenage girl, about 16, according to my source, was distributing for Jack Franks’ in Crystal Lake Estates.
The subdivision is south of East Crystal Lake Avenue and west of Route 31 north of Route 14.
The literature does not mention that Franks is running for the Chairmanship of the McHenry County Board.
It does say that he is a State Representative.
Franks is running against Mike Walkup for the County Board slot and Steve Reick for State Rep.

Little lying Jack knows how to campaign.
Good point on the copyright issue but then little lying Jack has never been one to follow the law.
Remember when it was illegal to buy prescription drugs from Canada and he had a link to such transactions on his website?
I was told the State Inspector General contacted him on behalf of a citizen and it was shut down.
I hope Mark and little lying Jack’s opponent continue to highlight Franks support for raiding the pension funds.
Lots of things his literature don’t say.
Nowhere does it say he’s a DEMOCRAT
Nowhere does it say he supports the bankruptcy of Illinois by supporting Madigan
Nowhere does it say he’s a delegate and supporter of CROOKED Hillary
Nowhere does it say he campaigned with O’bamma right here in McHenry County.
One office wasn’t good enough for Lying Jack. Now he wants two.
Tell Lying Jack it’s time to pack.
First I would very much like to congratulate the kid for doing what some of the child commenters on this site don’t; actual political fieldwork.
Second, I would like to congratulate the parents of this active kid for teaching them the value of an alert and active citizenry to a vibrant Republic.
Finally, I would pray whatever this kid does in their lives they would remember wisdom stated for decades has said,
Bless this kid for being out there.
Let’s hope they grow up to recognize liars, thieves and slavemasters are not to be followed but derided and removed from civil society.
