  1. To: Richard Goldberg Chief of Staff

In November 2014, I was forced to retire from Illinois Health and Family Services (HFS).

Since then, my former supervisor, Ms. Campos has supposedly retired.

However, I was informed that during Ms. Campos tenure with HFS, it was determined by the Director of HFS that she was found to have been charged with discrimination for firing, and or forcing five black male employees (investigators, including myself) from HFS.

As of this date and time.

HFS/ OIG Internal Affairs or OIG EEOC has not replied to my complaints.

OEIG, has done nothing but referred my case back to HFS OIG Internal Affairs

There are many unfair acts, (Labor Relations and EEOC issues) that are going on without proper procedures.

There is one investigator who is still employed there and is still being maltreated by his immediate supervisor and up the chain.

He has proof/documents to these accusations of being harassed and discriminated against.

If copies of these documents are required or requested, he will be more than happy to provide them for you as well as any other written documents in hope that someone your organization will do what is right in this matter.

    Respectfully,
    Cooper Davis
