Jack Franks’ replacement on the ballot for State Representative John Bartman has opened a campaign fund called “Friends of John Bartman.”

His aunt, Carole Bartman, who was a Marengo bank president when I met her, is his PAC’s treasurer.

    Marengo address.

This would be the political action committee (PAC) for John Bartman to run as Democrat State Representative 63rd District representing western McHenry County.

His opponent is Republican Steve Reick.

The election is to be held November 8, 2016.

John Bartman is employed by an IUOE Local 150 affiliated organization named IIIFFC as a prevailing wage monitor to ensure state mandated prevailing wages are paid on construction projects.

The current State Representative 63rd District, Jack Franks, is also a Democrat from Marengo.

Jack Franks however has chose to run as Democrat McHenry County Board Chair v Republican Mike Walkup.

The goal of the Democrats is to maintain the 63rd State Representative District and pick up the inaugural McHenry County Board Chair seat.

The McHenry County Board currently elects one of its own to be Board Chair.

The McHenry County Board is currently 100% Republican.

If the voters had not chosen to make the McHenry County Board Chair a voter elected position, the Democrats would have zero chance of having a Democrat as McHenry County Board chair.

The push to switch from the Board electing one of its own as Board chair, to having the Board Chair elected by voters, was led by Jack Franks.

Jack Franks was quoted in the June 6, 2014 edition of the Northwest Herald, page 8, by reporter Kevin Craver, as saying, “‘I can promise you I am not running for county chairman in 2016.’”

The Democrat Party led by Michael Madigan is attempting to gain political power in McHenry County.

  2. Two of the eleven union locals in McHenry county government (the county itself) are IUOE Local 150.

The IOUE Local 150 and the other union locals would love to have union friendly Jack Franks (unions have contributed heavily to his PACs) as McHenry County Board Chair.

The IOUE Local 150 and the other union locals would love to have union affiliated prevailing wage monitor John Bartman as State Representative 63rd District representing western McHenry County.

The unions are attempting to gain political power in McHenry County.

  3. Unions control the school boards and most municipal governments in this area.

The state Township Assoc. is run by a Democrat.

Now the unions can smell blood in the takeover of the County Board.

Has the divisive force of Bob Anderson and some others in the GOP given the Democrats in this county new life?

Vote Republican – the future of this country is bleak if you do not!
