At 2:25 the afternoon of Thursday, July 28th, a man living at the Crystal Lake Motel attempted to abduct a young person (sex not revealed by the Police) at The Freeze to his motel room to “ingest prescription medication.”
Arrested for child abduction and disorderly conduct was Christopher Peterson, age 37.
By the charge, one can infer that the person whom Peterson attempted to lure to his motel room was under 18.
He was living at the Crystal Lake Motel right next to The Freeze.

For as much of a crusade Shepley has against community blight, I’m shocked that he hasn’t found a way to put that fleabag motel out of business yet.
It’s a festering boil on the rear end of his glorious Route 14.
I have never heard a positive story associated with that place.
This happens on July 28th and the public is now just hearing about it.
