  1. The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET) is a division of the Rail Conference of the International Brother of Teamsters (IBT).


    BLET has contributed $3,100 to Jack Franks PACs.


    BLET Engineers are employed by rail lines and railroads such as Metra, Amtrak, Canadian National / Illinois Railroad, Union Pacific, CSX, Burlington Northern Santa Fe, Norfolk Southern, Belt Railroad, & Elgin Joliet Eastern Railroad.


    The Teamsters (parent organization of BLET) are commonly employed as truck drivers and are headed by James P Hoffa, son of the former Jimmy Hoffa.


    The Teamsters are not associated with the AFL-CIO, but rather Change to Win (CtW), along with SEIU, United Farm Workers of America (UFW), and United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW).

    The Chair of Change to Win is James P Hoffa.
