    The Central Labor Councils (CLC) have various endings to their names such as Labor Council, Trades and Labor Assembly, Trades and Labor Council, Trades Council, Federation of Labor, United Labor, and Northeastern Illinois AFL-CIO (McHenry and Lake County).

    The following Central Labor Councils (CLC’s) have contributed to Jack Franks PACs.
