Lying Jack Franks Moves to LYING Jack Franks

Look what just popped up in the mail.

I haven’t got all of it, but take a look at the first word on the piece:

“Republican”

This piece of Jack Franks mail appears to have been funneled through the Illinois Democratic Party. Probably to save postage, since state parties get the lowest rates.

This piece of Jack Franks mail appears to have been funneled through the Illinois Democratic Party. Probably to save postage, since state parties get the lowest rates.  [Turns out it came from a PAC run by the state Realtors Association.  Apologies to the Illinois Democratic Party for the mistake.]

It is now clear why Jack Franks doesn’t want any of his signs next to those of other Democrats.

He wants everyone to believe he is a Republican, not a Democrat.

No wonder he doesn’t identify himself as a Democrat anywhere…except on the ballot.

What vision those who put up the web site LyingJackFranks.com had.

The lying is not just the complete falsehood that he will cut people’s property tax bills by 10% (the Cut 10 campaign that should be called a “Cut 1” plan), it’s denying the Democratic Party whose National Convention he attended to support Hillary Clinton for President.

= = = = =
A commenter points out that this mailing came from the Realtors Political Action Committee.

These folks in Springfield, of course, have been dealing with Jack Franks as a Democratic Party State Representative for almost 18 years.

Hard to believe labeling Franks as a Republican was a simple mistake, don’t you think?

Lying Jack Franks Moves to LYING Jack Franks — 58 Comments

  1. Bizarre.

    Apparently it is not a criminal act for a political campaign mailer to incorrectly identify the party of the political candidate.

    No doubt they have an excuse, will beg forgiveness, and label any criticism as an attack.

    Democrat Jack Franks supporter Jeffery Lichte running as a Republican in the March 15, 2016 63rd District primary in which Democrat Jack Franks was unopposed, is another case of a Democrat identifying himself as a Republican in McHenry County.

  2. If your Party was all about killing babies in the womb, letting grown men pee in the little girls room and protecting marauding black thugs pretending to be protesters you’d probably want to pretend to be a Republican as well.

    But sorry Lying Jack Franks we don’t want you. As they say in England “Piss off”

  3. Umm…. Look at the State Board site….

    The mailer was from the Illinois Realtors PAC.

    They obviously made a mistake….

    Call them and confirm – 217.529.2600

  4. Jack Franks was on the March 15, 2016 ballot as a 14th Congressional District candidate for Hillary Clinton Delegate to the 2016 Democrat National Nominating Convention.

    Jack Franks was one of two candidates elected as 14th Congressional District representative for Hillary Clinton to the 2016 Democrat National Nominating Convention.

    Jack Franks went as a representative of the 14th Congressional District to the 2016 Democrat National Nominating Convention as a Hillary Clinton Delegate.

  5. The Democrat agitator who insults seniors reporting voting problems claims the mailer stating Jack Franks as a Republican is a mistake.

    To put the “mistake” into context, Democrat Jack Franks Supporter Jeffery Lichte ran as a Republican in the 63rd District March 15, 2016 primary election in which Jack Franks was unopposed.

    Was that a mistake too?

  6. Actually the predicted excuse materializes in just 7 minutes.

    ++++++++

    Watch the Project Veritas Action series Rigging the Election, available on YouTube to understand the Democrat playbook.

  7. 7 minutes or so after the mailer is posted, the Democrat agitator has already identified the mailer as being from the Illinois Realtor PAC.

    The picture of the mailer and the post does not identify it as being from the Illinois Realtor PAC.

    All that appears for the address in the picture of the mailer in the post is:

    – Illino

    – 522 S

    – Spri

    ++++++++++++++++

    Running a Contributions Search on the Illinois State Board of Elections website for the Supporters of the Jack D Franks PAC does reveal a contribution from the “Realtor Political Action Committee” received on October 24, 2016 at 11:44AM for $1,325 with an address of 522 S 5th Street, Springfield, IL 62794.

    It is listed as an In-kind Contribution for a Mailing.

    The vendor is Hodas & Associates, 960 Clock Tower Drive, Suite J, Springfield, IL 62704.

    +++++++

    The Democrat agitator seems to be dialed into In-Kind contributions to the Jack D Franks PAC and / or a rapid responding sleuth.

  8. LOL

    Apparently Mark had never set up a Google alert.

    This post is exactly why Republicans leadership needs to question is Cal is the right bullhorn for the party.

    He is cc’d in group emails between leadership and this post proves is derelic from checking the validity of information.

    Your welcome for being responsible and checking sources before jumping to conclusions

  9. Come on “Moderate”.

    Doesn’t matter WHO put the mailer out, it wasn’t done without Lying Jack Franks signing off on it or approving it or at least reviewing it.

    Whine all you want, but this certainly looks intentional.

  10. What exactly was the alert that resulted in a hit which allowed the identification of the above mailer?

    ++++++++++

    Google is no longer picking up historical Illinois State Board of Elections searches.

    ++++++++++

    The agitator lives up to his reputation.

    A retired State Rep has a blog and is being accused of being the bullhorn for the party which he has no leadership in by being cc’d on group emails.

    How is the Democrat sleuth privy to the Republican emails?

    ++++++++++

  11. Moderate is a Democrat agitator.

    They are nationwide.

    Watch the Project Veritas Action Series, Rigging the Election for an insight into Democrat agitators.

  12. On the Illinois State Board of Elections website, the Jack Franks PAC identified the contribution as from the “Realtor Political Action Committee.”

    The Democrat agitator identified the contribution as from the “Illinois Realtors PAC.”

    ++++++++++

    A Committee Search on the Illinois State Board of Elections website reveals neither is listed as a PAC.

    ++++++++++

    There are 5 active Realtor PACs listed on the Illinois State Board of Elections (SBE) website with an address of 522 S 5th Street, Springfield, IL.

    That list follows, along with the SBE Committee ID.

    ++++++++++

    Illinois Association of REALTORS Fund, 25064.

    REALTORS® in Opposition to Home Rule, 24262.

    REALTORS® in Opposition to Real Estate Transfer Tax, 24264.

    REALTORS® in Support of Local Sales Tax & Property Tax Relief, 24263.

    REALTORS® Political Action Committee, 1126.

    ++++++++

    http://www.elections.il.gov > Search Options > Committee Search > Search > Committee Name: (click down arrow & select “Contains” > Realtor

  13. So Cal assumes this mailer came from the Dem Party of IL because…. ?

    Don’t get me wrong – this is a problem.

    But I doubt it was intentional, and it wasn’t sent by DPI or the Franks campaign.

  14. So, did anyone call the PAC and ask?

    +++++++++++++++

    +++++++++++++++

    +++++++++++++++

    +++++++++++++++

    +++++++++++++++

    +++++++++++++++

    +++++++++++++++

    +++++++++++++++

    Didn’t think so….

  15. Which PAC funded the mailer?

    Illinois Association of REALTORS Fund, SBE committee ID 25064.

    REALTORS® Political Action Committee, SBE committee ID 1126.

    REALTORS® in Support of Local Sales Tax & Property Tax Relief, SBE committee ID 24263.

    REALTORS® in Opposition to Home Rule, SBE committee ID 24262.

    REALTORS® in Opposition to Real Estate Transfer Tax, SBE committee ID 24264.

    +++++++++

    SBE = Illinois State Board of Elections

  16. **Which PAC funded the mailer?**

    If we could see a full picture of the mailer, we could know for sure.

    This shouldn’t be that hard.

    Making silly assumptions that can’t be true (i.e. assuming DPI sent this, even though their address doesn’t start with 522) isn’t helpful.

  17. So what keywords resulted in a Google alert picking up the mailer contribution?

  18. Is Franks any less Republican than Althoff? or Kirk?

    The MCGOP is fully behind both of them.

  19. Mark,

    Give it up.

    Call and ask.

    It’s not that hard.

    Maybe you’all learn how patently false this post is.

    Also, again, I would like to keenly point out that Cal is deliberating obfuscating the truth and misleading Republicans to legitimize his own power and this pattern of perpetrating falsehoods does more to disempower our own legitimacy as a party moving forward.

    The local McGOP has been hostilely taken over since 2010 and sane, cooler minds need to prevail or Cal needs to be held to a higher standard if he is going to continue to be CC’d on email chains between party leadership and remain the defacto voice.

  20. LMAO

    Cal couldn’t obfuscate his way out of a paper bag.

    He’s totally not intending to mislead anyone.

    Just not in his spiritual makeup.

    Big word though; kudos to the nitwit for trying to up their game.

  21. That’s pointless.

    Obviously the Realtor Association is not going to admit intentionally calling Jack Franks a Republican.

    Still waiting for the Google Alert keywords resulting in the hit for Illinois Realtor PAC mailer.

    ++++++++

    Learn about Michael Madigan in a free 1 hour movie available now through Sunday.

    http://www.bnd.com/opinion/editorials/article110784867.html

    The movie discusses how there are Michael Madigan operatives statewide.

    McHenry County is in the State of Illinois.

    Who are the local operatives?

  22. Move is available through 7PM Sunday.

    Lots of videos to watch this weekend.

    Michael Madigan 1 hour video.

    Project Veritas Action group’s Rigging the Election videos.

    To date there are 4 Rigging the Election videos that have been released.

  23. BTW… I find it very ironic that Cal posted the “speak no evil about your opponent” thing while calling Jack Franks a liar for a mailer that he didn’t even send.

  24. Mark,

    I just called the Realtor PAC and asked, they indicated it was a mistake and said the vendor they contracted out to that made the typo error.

    Was that so hard, pumpkin?

    Haloween pun intended.

  25. Within how many days is the “Realtor Political Action Committee” (as reported by Supporters of Jack D Franks) required to report the mailer expenditure?

    +++++++

    When we see the entire mailer we will know more.

    +++++++

    It’s ironic the mailer claims Jack Franks works for the people, but the first 4 people ranked in priority order in the February 27, 2003 letter from 63rd District State Representative Jack Franks to the Deputy Chief of Staff Intergovernmental Affairs (Margaret Houlihan) were Jack Franks’ wife, dad, a brother, and John Bartman.

    John Bartman was then Chair of the McHenry County Democrat Party.

    He is now a prevailing wage monitor IUOE Local 150 subsidiary IIIFFC (a prevailing wage monitor checks to be sure state mandated prevailing wages are paid on state and Federally funded construction projects).

    He is also Democrat candidate for 63rd District State Representative, appointed as such after Jack Franks decided after the March 2016 Primary election to run as Democrat candidate for McHenry County Board Chair.

    The letter was titled, “Positions with Gov. Rod Blagojevich Administration.”

    The first two sentences in the letter were:

    “The following are individuals who we had requested be considered for jobs with the Blagojevich administration.

    They are prioritized as follows:

    1. Deborah Wolf Franks for a Commission;

    2. Herbert H Franks for a Commission (he was appointed to a commission);

    3. David B Franks, a non-paid position with Boxing Commission;

    4. John Bartman, a position with IDOT (he did receive a position at IDOT)

    5 – 12. more people, some of whom received positions after the letter.

    +++++++

    Very ironic.

    ++++++++

    Watch the Michael Madigan movie.

    The link to the movie is in comments above.

    It’s available for free through this Sunday at 7PM.

  26. Isn’t it ironic that Jack Franks is running for McHenry County Board Chair in 2016.

    Since Kevin Craver of the Northwest Herald reported in 2014 while Jack Franks as State Representative was pushing two advisory referendums for the McHenry County Board, that Jack Franks said he would not run for McHenry County Board Chair.

    More irony.

    The Northwest Herald reported twice in 1998 while Jack Franks was a candidate for his first term as State Representative, that Jack Franks said he would serve a maximum of 3 terms (6 years).

    Term 1: 1999 – 2000

    Term 2: 2001 – 2002

    Term 3: 2003 – 2004.

    Thus Jack Franks’ 3 terms would have expired in January of 2005.

    But here we are in October of 2016, and Jack Franks is in his 8th term (16 years) as a State Representative.

  27. Let’s summarize these ironies.

    1. Priorities for jobs are family and friends, not taxpayers.

    2. Says he will not run for McHenry County Board Chair in 2016, then runs for McHenry County Board Chair in 2016.

    3. Says he will serve a maximum of 3 terms (6 years) as State Representative, then serves for 8 terms (16 years) as state Representative.

    Jack Franks is on the record for all 3.

    Documented.

  28. Has agitator managed to locate the Google Alert keywords that produced the contribution from the “Illinois Realtor PAC” to the Supporters of Jack D Franks PAC, which allowed him to identify the source of the contribution?

  29. Mark,

    Are you brain dead, I literally listed the name and number in this thread.

    I know you just post long, regurgitated, garbage and don’t read others’ posts – even Crazy Cindy’s – but here you go:

    Illinois Realtors PAC 217.529.2600

    Call them.

    And Cal, edit your post. It’s factually incorrect

  30. I don’t know who will benefit more from the mistake.

    The Realtors receiving the mailer may just read that the “Republican” did all these things and vote for the Republican on the ballot.

  31. Moderate …… go post in your LGBT blog!

    Franks is a Fraudster …… are you him???

  32. Thanks for proving my point, Winter.

    Local GOP leadership needs to see what kind of bigots stick to this honeypot.

    Walkup – I know you read this.

    This is the bullhorn that you are placing your name next to and receiving campaign contributions from?

    Are you going to condone bigots like OldManWinter?

  33. ‘REPUBLICAN’ Jack Frank’s ! ! !

    Read it & SCREAM OUT LOUD

    NOOOOOOOOOOO

    It also says . . .

    FranksForMchenry.com .

    Who’s MISTAKE IS THAT ?

  34. LOL – Wow

    Real class act from the Lake County Republican running a crappy hit blog.

  35. That is not the name of the PAC.

    The 5 choices are listed above in comments.

    Still waiting for the Google alert keywords that resulted in the email alert about the realty PACs expenditure to the Jack Franks PAC.

  36. Here are the five choices.

    Which PAC funded the mailer?

    Illinois Association of REALTORS Fund, SBE committee ID 25064.

    REALTORS® Political Action Committee, SBE committee ID 1126.

    REALTORS® in Support of Local Sales Tax & Property Tax Relief, SBE committee ID 24263.

    REALTORS® in Opposition to Home Rule, SBE committee ID 24262.

    REALTORS® in Opposition to Real Estate Transfer Tax, SBE committee ID 24264.

  37. Three more posts on the way about his trying to mislead people into thinking their property tax bill will be cut 10% when the only tax levy he would have any influence over is the county tax levy, which is 10% of one’s total tax bill.

    If he were honest in his campaigning, his slogan would be “Cut 1,” not “Cut 10.”

  38. “Michael Scobey, assistant director of the Illinois Association of Realtors Fund that paid for the mailer, called it an innocent mistake.”

    Bill Clinton said: “I did NOT have sex with that woman”.

    Hillary said: “There were NO classified emails on my server”.

    The Tooth Fairy said : “Put your tooth under your pillow and I’ll leave you a dime”.

    I’m seeing a pattern here, but I never knew the Tooth Fairy was a Democrat.

    http://www.lyingjackfranks.com/

  39. Dirty” you are high on crack?

    It’s clear Althoff’s is helping Franks.

    Anyone can see how Andrew Gasser votes on the county board and see he is a true Conservative.

    Anyone can see by your posts, that you are a true illiterate!

  40. Cal, your team made a knee jerk mistake.

    Be a man and take this post down.

  41. Knee jerk?

    Cal simply posted what actually happened.

    Does ‘Signs are stolen’ want Cal to behave like the MSM? Google? Facebook?

    Heaven forbid anyone try to speak the truth!!

  42. A correction was added today under the picture of the mailer.

    +++++++++

    Here is the story.

    +++++++++

    The name of the PAC is the “Illinois Association of Realtors Fund.”

    The Illinois State Board of Elections (SBE) committee ID is 25064.

    http://www.elections.il.gov > Search Options > Committee Search > Search > Committee Name > Illinois Association of Realtors Fund > Search

    ++++++

    Looking at its D-1 Statement of Organization filed on February 14, 2013.

    The PAC was filed as an “Independent Expenditure Only PAC.”

    When an independent expenditure only PAC makes a contribution, it indicates whether it “Supports” or “Opposes” a specific candidate.

    “Independent” means the expenditure cannot be legally coordinated with the candidate or its PAC.

    Thus such expenditures are not recorded as contributions to the candidate it supports.

    Independent Expenditure Only PACs report their expenditures in “B-1” filings to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

    To determine if an Independent Expenditure has been filed for or against a candidate:

    – visit the home page (main page) of the Illinois State Board of Elections website.

    – Search Options > Independent Expenditure Search > Search > Independent Expenditure by a Committee > Click Here to Begin an Expenditures Search > By Candidates tab > Expenditure Type: Independent Expenditures > Candidate Name: Contains: (last name of candidate) > Search

    ++++++++++++

    That type of search for Jack Franks indicates an expenditure of $28,335 on October 18, 2016 was sent from Illinois Association of Realtors Fund to Associated Campaign Consulting & Election Services, LLC, 1740 Broadway St-LL, Denver, CO 80724.

    ++++++++++++

    Such a search reveals there has only been one other independent expenditure filed on behalf of Jack Franks.

    That is a $65 expenditure on March 15, 2015 for a magazine advertisement.

    +++++++++++

    Looking at the other 4 Realtor PACs with an address of 522 S 5th Street, Springfield, IL

    One of those PAC has made contributions to Jack Franks PACs.

    The “REALTORS® Political Action Committee” contributed $30,330 to Jack Franks PACs from June 28, 1999 through June 28, 2010.

    The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) has contributed $12,573,847 to candidates from January 25, 1999 through September 30, 2016.

    +++++++++++

    The other 3 Realtor PACs listed at 522 S 5th Street, Springfield, IL have not contributed to Jack Franks PACs.

    REALTORS® in Opposition to Home Rule has contributed $150,238 to candidates from April 10, 2013 to May 20, 2014.

    REALTORS® in Opposition to Real Estate Transfer Tax has expended $10,793 from March 20, 2015 through June 30, 2015.

    REALTORS® in Support of Local Sales Tax and Property Tax Relief has expended $54,316 from July 18, 2012 through March 10, 2016.

    ++++++++++++++

    There are 3 additional REALTOR PACs.

    These do not have an address of 522 S 5th Street, Springfield, IL.

    They also have not contributed to Jack Franks PACs.

    They are as follows:

    ++++++++++++++

    “Chicago Assn of Realtors PAC (CARPAC)” has expended $1,295,252 from July 12, 1999 through September 30, 2016.

    “MOREePAC-Main Street PAC of RPAC IL” has expended $220,423 from May 31, 2002 through September 13, 2016.

    “National Association of REALTORS® Fund” has expended $784,149 from October 12, 2012 through October 11, 2016.

    +++++++++++++

    That is about $15 Million in Realtor PAC expenditures in Illinois for political purposes since 1999, not including closed funds.

    +++++++++++++

    There are some additional Realtor PACs that have been closed (no longer making expenditures).

    ++++++++++++++

    Federal political expenditures are not included in these figures.

    This is just state and local.
