Another Email from Jack Franks

Another email arrived on Halloween from Lying Jack Franks‘ campaign.

No, I see it’s not from his campaign.

This one is coming from his governmental position.

This email came from State Rep. Jack Franks on Halloween. While it is his officials email newsletter, it went to an email address to which campaign emails had previously been sent.

This email came from State Rep. Jack Franks on Halloween. While it is his officials email newsletter, it went to an email address to which campaign emails had previously been sent.

Its format has a State Representative letterhead.

Beneath that letterhead is a photo of Franks talking to Marengo High School students on “October 6.”

In the email, Franks makes a pitch for recipients to push for passage of still another one of his bills passed by the Illinois House, but stalled in the State Senator.

This one would freeze property taxes.

It, of course, has no chance of passing because most Democrats and far too many Republicans owe their election to local tax eating government officials.

  1. There is another photo on the blog with Jack Franks at Marengo High School District 154.

On April 16, 2011 the local blogger photographed Jack Franks conversing with a Democrat attorney named Michael Kasper at Marengo High School.

Michael Kasper has close ties with Michael Madigan.

Michael Kasper recently successfully argued to keep a voter initiated referendum (Independent Maps) off the election ballot.

The Independent Maps initiative was one to reform the process in which, for example, State Representative Districts are drawn.

Michael Madigan and Jack Franks are State Representatives.

As a background to the redistricting process, the state legislative districts are re-drawn every 10 years after the 10 year US Census (Decennial) results are released.

    The Decennial occurs every 10 years (1990, 2000, 2010, 2020, etc).

The photograph of Jack Franks and Michael Kasper first seemed to surface in a June 22, 2012 blog post.
