Debby Calling

Debby Franks was collecting signatures for her husband Jack Franks' County Board Chairman petitions.

Debby Franks was collecting signatures for her husband Jack Franks’ County Board Chairman petitions at the art fair in Woodstock in May.

News about another robo-call Monday night.

It was from Jack Franks’ wife Debby.

She wanted people to vote for her husband.

Maybe it was more than a wifely appeal.

The Friend of McHenry County didn’t provide details.

Another Friend of McHenry County Blog sent the following:

Debby says that Jack “has a bold plan” to “reduce property taxes in McHenry County by ten percent,” but doesn’t say what that is.

  1. Debbie Franks was the first of 12 people that Jack Franks requested be considered for jobs with the Blagojevich administration, in a one page letter dated Feruary 27, 2003 that Jack Franks sent to Governor Rod Blagojevich’s Deputy Chief of Staff of Intergovernmental Affairs.

The individuals were listed in priority order.

Governor Rod Blagojevich had just taken office January 13, 2003.

The letter can be found here.

  2. The call displayed the following number:

    STATE REPRESENTATIVE 815-338-6363.

The listed phone number for her lyin hubby is 815-338-0063.

  3. Actually, our last pitch from the little liar came last night at 07:52 PH..

    The call originated from 224-762-8785.

We received the Debby call on Sunday evening.

Last night the voice was distinctively the little liar himself and he was ‘pissed’.

I have had discussions with him in the past and I know the voice well.

His primary claim was that his competitor was / is a Democrat.

Me thinks his polling shows a very close race.

    Vote for Walkup!!!

  4. Whoops!

My keyboard has developed a ‘calibration problem’!

The time should read 07:52 PM.

And I believe the robo call was stated to be funded by Republicans supporting Franks.

  5. Hi this is Debbie Franks calling to ask you to vote for my husband Jack Franks for McHenry County Board Chairman.

Jack is devoted to our family to our community and to reducing property taxes and reforming government.

Jack has rolled out a bold plan to cut county property taxes by 10% and he’s been endorsed by the Northwest Herald, the Chicago Tribune, the Daily Herald and the mayors throughout McHenry County.

Please join me in voting for my husband, Jack Franks, to be our first elected McHenry County Board Chairman.

    Thank you.

  6. The chair of the “Cut 10 Committee” has contributed $113,250 to Jack Franks PACs.

He and others were the first to contribute to a Jack Franks PAC on December 2, 1997.

The Cut 10 Committee is a “ballot initiative committee” “To pass a state wide referendum requiring all taxing bodies to reduce their tax levy by 10%.”

Is that part of the secret “plan” of Jack Franks to cut property taxes 10%?

  7. The “plan” seems to be something like Obamacare. You have to vote for it before you can read it.

  8. We couldn’t have term limits or redistricting reform on the ballot because of Madigan.

Jack thinks he’s going to get a referendum on the ballot?

Please show me the fools that believe that line of bs.

  9. She will have to give up her High Teas at the CC if her hubby does not make it to the top on this go around.

May be she can apply for a Prestigious Library job…

  10. So Debby/Inish will have four more
Years till Jacko runs for Hultgren’s
spot, then the kids will be in college
& they can ride off east to Washington DC.
