Springfield is a city on the Interstate paralleling old Route 66.

It has a zoo with the best giraffe exhibit I have ever visited. One can climb to a giraffe’s height, buy some food and feed them.

Really a child pleaser.

Lad will go to another State to stay on the dole.

  3. Employment started May 22, 1989 and 2012, 2013, and 2014 were as Undersheriff per Better Government Association payroll database.

The BGA database only went back to 2012.

The BGA salary figures were lower than the Open the Books annual wage figures.

    BGA salary:

    2014 – $143,255

    2013 – $139,421

    2012 – $136,021

Apparently the wording on the Open the Books and BGA FOIA requests were different, resulting in different responses.

Open the Books tends to submit FOIA requests to the pension fund, which results in pensionable income.

FOIA = Freedom of Information Act.

The year in the BGA figures sometimes reflects the year the data was obtained, not the year of employment.

  4. Mark, why would you find it necessary to list Zinkes past earnings?

Nothing more embarrassing than being so demoted, as he deserves to be.

I can’t see why it is taking so long to hear about Kim Zinke.

  5. Springfield Missouri is also the home HQ of Bass Pro Shops and O’Reilly Auto Parts, to name 2.

A beautiful spot in the US, and taxes are as mild as the weather.

  6. Springfield can be a very violent city.

Please God Andy and all the police and emergency personnel will stay safe this holiday and every day.

  7. Those 97 votes must sting everyday like 97 bees .

Nobody should feel sorry for this situation, well except for the residents of Springfield MO.

  8. CP?

Springfield, MO is NOT violent at all.

    Who are you crappin’!

    (Must be thinking of Illinois.)

  9. I used to go fishing in the Ozarks a lot.

IDK what Springfield is like now, but at one time it was notorious for its number of meth labs.

  11. Gotta be tough to start all over again, especially at an entry level position.

Wishing AZ the best of luck.

  12. Unfortunately Springfield, MO has become very violent.

It is consistently ranked thus among medium sized cities in the US.

It is usually confined to certain areas but there have been many murders out of these areas lately.

Sad to see in such a beautiful area.

  13. No one has heard much about Kim Zinke as there probably isn’t much there to proceed upon; could be more “conclusion jumping ” in those charges rather than actual facts.

    Time will tell

  14. I need to do an article on his success outside of McHenry County.

  15. Mark, it’s amazing how ignorant you and the people of McHenry are towards Zinke.

Skinner can’t get over the fact that Zinke gave him the finger.

So much white trash in McHenry it’s unbelievable.
